CBSE class 10 and 12 school shifting: CBSE has made it difficult for the students of class 10 and 12 to shift their schools from this academic session. At the beginning of the academic session 2019-20, the CBSE has released a circular highlighting all the guidelines that will be considered for shifting the school in class 10 and 12.
Talking about in general, CBSE has advised the students not to shift their schools while they are in class 10 and 12. However, at times, it becomes inevitable to change the school for the students. For those students, who want to shift their schools in class 10 and 12, the Board has issued strict guidelines. Earlier, the students tend to give reason that they need to change the school on the grounds of better education. However, the Board has taken serious stance on this and will not be accepting this as the reason for change.
It is well known that the students need to change their schools for different reasons. Many have to change their schools as their family have to shift as parents of many students have transferable jobs. Some students want to shift because of the distance of the school and the residence. The Board accepts these reasons for change. However, some students cite better education as the reason for change.
The Board suggests the students not to change their schools while they are in class 10 and 12. If they have to change their schools then they have to undergo strict guidelines. The Board has advised so because it initiates the registration process for board exam from classes 9 and 11 respectively. If the students seek change in the schools in class 10 and 12, then it increases the paper work and the chances of error due to shifting in the schools.
