
CBSE Term 1 Exam 2021-22 Begins: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to commence the CBSE Term 1 Exam for Class 10 and 12 students from today onwards. Today, the CBSE Term 1 Exam will begin for Class 12 students with the paper for minor subject Entrepreneurship and Beauty and Wellness. The exam is scheduled to be held in the morning session i.e. starting fromm 11:30 AM till 1 PM. Exam Pattern and Format
The exam will be held in line with the new pattern which will consist of objective type MCQs – Multiple Choice questions, which will have to be answered on an OMR sheet.
Answers in OMR Sheets
Unlike conventional or descriptive exams held for CBSE Board Exams, the term 1 exam papers will be answered on an OMR sheet. Candidates will be required to choose the correct option that is A, B, C or D in the box.
Use of Pen on OMR Sheets
As per the instructions released by the CBSE Board, students will be allowed to use blue or black ballpoint pen to mark the correct answers in the OMR sheets given to them.
Details to be Filled-in on OMR sheets
Students appearing for CBSE Term 1 Exam will be required to fill-in several details on the OMR answer sheet handed over to them by the exam invigilator. The details that will be entered on OMR sheet include:
- Exam Roll Number
- Exam Day and Date
- Exam Center Number
- Exam Centre Name
- Subject Code
- Subject Name
- School Code
CBSE Term 1 Exam Admit Cards / Hall Ticket
One of the most important documents that candidates will be required to carry to exam hall for the CBSE Term 1 Exam 2021-22 is the exam hall ticket or the admit card. The Exam Admit Card was released recently by the board online on its official website and can be downloaded by the students directly by following the process listed below:
- Step 1: Log onto the exam portal i.e. cbse.gov.in
- Step 2: Locate and Click on Link for Class 10 or Class 12 term 1 admit card
- Step 3: Enter the details asked on the page, verify them and submit them
- Step 4: Your CBSE Term 1 Exam Admit Card will be displayed on the screen
- Step 5: Download the hall ticket and take printout for future reference
