The highest DU NCWEB second special cut off 2021 for BCom has been released by Sri Aurobindo College at 56% for the general category. Many colleges like Aryabhatta College, Jesus and Mary College, Kalindi College, Mata Sundri College, Hansraj College and Bharati College have closed the admission to BCom seats offered in open category.
Admission Under DU NCWEB 2nd Special Cut-Off List 2021
The DU admission 2021 under the second special NCWEB cut-off will be conducted from 17th to 18th December. The admission under DU 2nd special NCWEB cut-off 2021 will be approved by 20th December. Candidates can complete the payment of the admission fee against the second special NCWEB cut off of DU 2021 till 21st December.
According to DU, "applicants who have secured admission in any of the earlier five cut-off lists in any programme/ college of the University of Delhi will not be eligible to participate in the special cut-off, that is, movement of applicants will not be allowed. Hence, cancellation option for candidates will be suspended during the 2nd special cut-off."

The DU NCWEB second special cut off list 2021 has been prepared based on various factors such as marks secured by candidates in the Class 12th examination, opted programme, DU NCWEB cut off trend, best of four subjects and number of seats available after the 5th round counselling.

Most of the colleges have closed the admission process under general category in both BA and BCom courses. The NCWEB first, second, third, fourth and fifth cut-off lists were released on 29th October, 8th November, 15th November, 1st and 9th December 2021.
