Gauhati University has announced the dates for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th-semester examinations for the BA, B.Com B. Vocational and B.Sc programmes. Students appearing for the Gauhati University semester examinations can visit the official website of the university to check the complete exam schedule.
According to the examination dates provided, the Gauhati University semester examinations are scheduled to commence from April 20, 2021. According to the notification released, the Gauhati University Semester examinations will be conducted in offline mode.

Government introduces incentive scheme to get students to attend school
According to recent reports, the Assam State Government has introduced a financial incentive scheme to get the students back to school to attend physical classes after reopening. The Assam state government will be providing Rs. 100 to every girl student to attend the schools and also offer incentives to students who bring them back to school and colleges to attend classes regularly.
