Haryana School Affiliation 2026-27: BSEH has extended the affiliation deadline to October 16 for government, permanent schools, Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths. Check dates, fees and application process.
The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has extended the last date for submitting affiliation applications for the 2026-27 academic session. Government schools, non-government schools with permanent recognition, Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths can now submit their affiliation applications and fees online until October 16, 2026, along with the applicable late fee.
The board has also announced a separate affiliation schedule for non-government schools holding temporary recognition at the Secondary or Senior Secondary level. These schools can submit their applications from October 6 to October 31, 2026, as per the schedule issued by BSEH.
Haryana School Affiliation 2026-27: Last Date Extended
As per the latest BSEH notification, the deadline for government schools, permanently recognised non-government schools, Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths has been extended to October 16, 2026.
The concerned school heads have been directed to ensure that the affiliation application forms and prescribed fees are submitted online within the extended deadline. A late fee of Rs 5,000, inclusive of 18% GST, is applicable during this extended period.
Schools are required to complete the process through the online affiliation system and upload the documents specified in the application form.

BSEH Affiliation 2026-27: How to Apply
- Visit the official BSEH website
- Open the Online Affiliation System for School
- Log in using the school's credentials
- Select the relevant affiliation application
- Fill in the required school and affiliation details
- Upload the documents specified in the application form
- Pay the applicable affiliation fee through the online payment gateway
- Submit the application and keep a copy of the confirmation and payment receipt for future reference
BSEH Temporary Affiliation 2026-27: Check Dates
The Board of School Education Haryana has opened the affiliation application window for non-government schools that have temporary recognition at the Secondary or Senior Secondary level.
Such schools can submit their affiliation forms and fees from October 6 to October 31, 2026. The prescribed affiliation fee is Rs 8,000, inclusive of 18% GST.
Schools that fail to apply within this period will get another opportunity to submit their applications between November 1 and November 10, 2026, by paying a late fee of Rs 5,000, inclusive of GST.
