JNU 2021: As per the reports, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the application form of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on 1st August 2021. The JNU form will be available in online mode at the official website. The last date for submission of the JNU admission form 2021 will be 31st August. The entire procedure of JNU admission 2021 will be held in online mode. As per the media reports, “The JNU entrance exam 2021 is expected to take place at the end of September. The JNUEE 2021 exam will be held in computer-based mode. The complete JNU admission process is expected to be over by November.”

As per media updates, the VC stated that the NTA will conduct the JNUEE exam in the last week of September. The entrance exam will be conducted by NTA and it is yet to share the final schedule of the JNU entrance exam. “In line with the new National Education Policy, there will be no admissions for MPhil."
Earlier, he had also announced that the university will join the CUCET, as and when it will be announced. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has clarified that admission to central universities through the common entrance test, CUCET may be implemented from the academic session 2022-23. University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced that the proposed common entrance test for admission to central universities will not be held this year.
JNU Programmes
The university will offer 1,583 seats in PG courses, 982 UG courses and 982 PhD courses through the JNU entrance test for the 2021-22 academic session. JNU has launched six new PhD courses for the academic session 2021-22, PhD system medicines at Special Centre for Systems Medicine, PhD mechanical engineering at School of Engineering, PhD microsystems at School of Computer and System Sciences, PhD electronics and communication engineering at School of Engineering, PhD national security studies at Special Centre for National Security Studies and PhD computer science engineering at School of Engineering.
