Maharashtra HSC Result 2021: As per the reports, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the 12th HSC board result in online mode. Around 14 lakh students can check their result at maharesults.nic.in. To check their result, they need to use their roll number and mother’s first name in the login window. As per the media reports, a total of 13,19,754 students had registered for the exam, out of which the evaluation report of 13,19,754 students were received by the board. Out of this, 13,14,965 students have been declared passed. 

This year, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education cancelled the MSBSHSE class 12th exams due to COVID-19. Therefore, the students will be promoted to the next classes based on internal assessments. The authorities have prepared the Maharashtra HSC result based on evaluation criteria released by them.

Maharashtra government has released the evaluation criteria for class 12 students. The government has released the evaluation criteria after several rounds of consultations with various stakeholders. This year, Maharashtra Board will evaluate the result based on assessments of class 12th, 11th, and the three best performing subjects of class 10th or HSC final exams.

As per the evaluation criteria, the class 12th internal marks will carry a weightage of 40%. Whereas, 30% weightage will be given to Class 11 final exams. 30% weightage will be given to class 10 board exam marks, in which the average of the best three subjects with high marks will be considered for the evaluation. A result Committee headed by the college Principal and comprising six teachers will be responsible for the finalisation of results and safekeeping of records.

Students can check their Maharashtra 12th result 2021 online. They will have to visit the official website - mahresult.nic.in to check their result. Check step-wise process to view scores in Maharashtra 12th state board result 2021 below - 

• Step 1 - Go to the official website - mahresult.nic.in.
• Step 2 - On the homepage, click on the link of Maharashtra HSC result 2021.
• Step 3 - A login page of HSC result 2021 Maharashtra board will appear on the screen.
• Step 4 - Enter a student's roll number in the first field followed by the mother’s name in the login window.
• Step 5 - Click on the ‘View Result’ button.
• Step 6 - The result will appear on the screen. 

If any student is not satisfied with the marks given as per Maharashtra HSC evaluation criteria, they can appear for examination in the upcoming months for improvement of scores. The details on these exams will be announced by the Maharashtra Board.
