MHT CET 2024 Rescheduled Due To NEET UG, Revised Dates Out Soon
Maharashtra CET 2024 exam dates are to be revised. The exam dates have been postponed due to the NEET UG exams scheduled for the same date. The revised exam dates will be announced soon.
MHT CET 2024 Exam Dates: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has postponed the dates for the MHT CET 2024 exams. As per the schedule issued, the MHT CET exams were to be held on May 5, 2024, for the PCM group. The exams have been postponed due to the NEET UG 2024 exam scheduled for that date. The MHT CET exams were scheduled from May 2 to 16, 2024. The revised dates for the MHT CET 2024 exams are expected to be released soon.
The CET cell also revised the exam dates for the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics groups along with the Physics, Chemistry and Biology groups to avoid clashes with the Lok Sabha General Election 2024. As per the revised schedule, the PCB exam is rescheduled to April 22-30, 2024. The exams for PCM and PCB groups were scheduled to be held from April 16 to 30, 2024.
MHT CET 2024 exams will be held for the PCB and PCM groups in the online mode. The exam will be held in two shifts across designated exam centres. The first shift of the exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Students are required to clear the MH CET 2024 exams in order to be considered for admissions. Candidates will be allotted searts to colleges in Maharashtra based on the marks scored by students in the entrance exam.
