NEET 2019 Topper: AIR 3 Akshat Kaushik accredits his success to social media

AIR 3 Akshta Kaushik speaks about how social media helped him to beat the stress of the examination and his plans for the future.

NEET 2019 Topper AIR 3 Akshat Kaushik: The National Testing Agency declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2019 results on June 5, 2019. The NEET 2019 results were released online on the official website. The top 2 ranks were secured by Nalin Khandelwal of Rajasthan and Bhavik Bansal of New Delhi. While the other toppers stated the reason for their success to be the continuous motivation they received from their parents and teachers, NEET 2019 All India Rank 3, Akshat Kaushik says social media platforms helped him to maintain his calm while preparing for the examination and not be carried into the stress of the entrance test.

Akshat who belongs to Uttar Pradesh secured 700 on 720 marks (99.99 percentile) in his NEET 2019 examination. He completed his class 12 from Delhi Public School, Varanasi with 96.4 percent. While speaking about his ways to beat the examination stress he mentioned that he was active on social media platforms like Snapchat and Instagram throughout his examination preparation time. He also went on to add that there are different things which can cause a distraction to different people and in his case, social media platforms made sure that he did not fall under the stress and pressure of studies.

Akshat who is eagerly waiting for the AIIMS MBBS Examination results said that his aim is to secure admission into the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. In case he is not able to make it he plans to opt for Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will be releasing the AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam results on June 12, 2019.

Close to 14,10,755 candidates appeared for the NEET 2019 examination out of which 7, 97, 042 candidates qualified the test. Candidates can check the NEET 2019 results by visiting the official website and entering the application number and password in the result link given. The National Testing Agency will now begin with the counseling process for NEET 2019. As per the schedule released, the counseling process for NEET 2019 is expected to begin from June 13, 2019.
