NPCIL Opens CA, CMA Practical Training Programme With Rs 20,000 Monthly Stipend
NPCIL has opened applications for its 2026 practical training programme for CA and CMA Intermediate-qualified students in Finance and Accounts. Selected trainees will receive Rs. 20,000 per month, with an additional ₹5,000 for those who are not provided accommodation.
The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has invited applications for its 2026 practical training programme for students who have cleared the Intermediate examination of Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) in Finance and Accounts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the NPCIL careers website.
The programme offers students an opportunity to gain practical experience in the finance and accounts functions of a major public sector organisation. The last date to submit applications is October 26, 2026.
Who can apply for NPCIL training?
Candidates who have passed the CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate examination in Finance and Accounts are eligible to apply. Applicants must also meet the practical training requirements of their respective professional institutes.
According to the details available, candidates should be between 18 and 56 years of age. Applicants must have their final Intermediate examination marks at the time of applying, as applications without final marks will not be considered for screening.
NPCIL internship stipend
Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. In cases where accommodation is not available at the concerned NPCIL unit or headquarters, an additional ₹5,000 will be provided. This means eligible trainees without accommodation can receive a total of ₹25,000 per month.
How will candidates be selected?
NPCIL will screen applications based on the aggregate marks obtained in the CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate examination. Candidates shortlisted for the next stage will be informed through their registered email IDs.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for an online personal interview. The shortlist for the interview will be prepared in a 1:5 ratio based on the candidates’ aggregate marks.
How to apply for NPCIL practical training?
Candidates need to complete the application process online. They will first have to register and activate their account, followed by filling in the required details and uploading their photograph and signature.
After submitting the form, candidates should download and keep a copy of the completed application for future reference. Those shortlisted for the online interview should keep their Aadhaar card and application form ready.
