As per the schedule, the term 1 exams will be held in November-December 2022 for main subjects only. While term 2 exams will be conducted in February-March 2022. PSEB Board will prepare the question papers for both terms. The final results of these exams will be prepared by the board based on the students' performance in the term 1 and 2 exams. Also, the board will release separate exam instructions for open school students. Term-wise syllabus division and other instructions will be provided on the board’s website.
This decision has been taken because, last year, the board had to cancel the board exams and PSEB results were announced as per alternative assessment criteria. So, the board decided to conduct Class 5, 8, 10 and 12 exams in two terms.
