AIIMS Bhubaneswar Online Document Verification Schedule 2020 for Nursing officer Grade-II : All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhubaneswar has released the Online Document Verification Schedule  for the  Nursing officer Grade-II Posts on its official website. All such candidate qualified in CBT can check the details of the Online Document Verification Schedule 2020 available on the official website of AIIMS Bhubaneswar-aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in.

According to the short notification released by the AIIMS Bhubaneswar, based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT), the recommendation of the Selection Committee and approval of the Competent Authority, the list of waitlisted candidates for the post of Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse Grade-II are called for online document verification (Due to COVID-19 restrictions) for the said category of Group-B post.

Due to COVID-19 restriction this Institute has decided to conduct ONLINE verification of documents of the provisionally listed candidates. Therefore, the candidates are instructed to submit requisite documents through Email i.e. dv@aiimsbhubaneswar.edu.in .

Candidates shortlisted for the Document Verification round, are hereby intimated to go through the guidelines attached here in the short notification and upload all the documents as per the instruction given in the guidelines in the notification. 

These candidates who have been called for document verification have to meet their eligibility criteria as per the advertisement and Offer of Appointment will be issued as per the vacancies available of the advertised posts those who meet the eligibility criteria.

Candidates should note that the letters for document verification to the short listed candidates are being sent separately on their registered e-mail as given in the application only. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post therefore the claim of the candidate that they have received the intimation about document verification at any later date will not be considered and their candidature will be cancelled if they fail to submit the document within stipulated time period as per the above schedule.
