Eligibility Criteria for Business Development Manager and Training Co-coordinators
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Business Development Manager - Full Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales and Marketing OR 3 years part time Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales and Marketing OR Any Post Graduate Degree. 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience in Airlines with Working knowledge of aviation environment and regulatory requirements
- Training Co-coordinators - Graduate in any field with a good knowledge of English. Experience in crew scheduling. Handling the training and licensing issues of Pilots and the necessary documentation and Proficiency in DGCA CARs.
