Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad, invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Engineer/ Municipal Assistant Engineer in AP Public Health and Municipal Engineering Subordinate Service and AP Municipal Engineering Subordinate Service.

Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment in APPSC

Educational Qualification: Must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination with Sanitary Inspectors Training Certificate, issued by the Director of Public Health as the chairman of the Board of Examiners constituted in this behalf by the State Government.

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2012): Maximum 36 years (for all posts)

Pay Scale: Rs 15,280– 40,510 (for all posts)

Application Fee: Each applicant must pay Rs 100 towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee Rs 120 (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Only if Candidates are not exempted from payment of Fee). Payment of Rs 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants.

The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the AP Online centres/ State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid challan with Journal Number in the first instance.

Selection Procedure for Recruitment in APPSC: The final selection will be based on the written examination (Objective Type) conducted by the commission. The test will be conducted in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Warangal.
