Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Principal Post:  Post Graduate Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology or Computer Science. In respect of Computer Science subject, candidates must have passed M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA or Master degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Science from a recognised University. Candidates who have passed Post Graduate Degree in Botany or Zoology , must have studied both Botany and Zoology as optional subjects in Bachelor’s Degree course And Must be a holder of (B.Ed.) in Science methods, except candidates of Computer Science. And Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Kannada Language Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree from a recognised University in Kannada or Kannada Language Literature or Kannada and Janapada or Janapada Sahithya, Kannada Sahithya and Sasana Shasthra, Ka’Ennada Sahithya and Bhasha Shasthra, Kannada Sahithya Bhashanthara and Taulanika Adyayana. And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Kannada methods from a recognised University.

Educational Qualification for English Language Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree in English Language from a recognised University. And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). degree in English methods from a recognised University.

Educational Qualification for Mathematics Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognised University. And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education ( B.Ed.) degree in Science methods from a recognised University. And (3)Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Physics Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of miniumum second class Post Graduate Degree in Physics from a recognised University And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education( B.Ed.) degree in Science methods from a recognised University. And (3)Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Chemistry Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry or Physical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry or Bio Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or the candidates who have completed the five years Integrated M.Sc. Course in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry from a recognised University. And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education ( B.Ed.) degree in Science methods from a recognised University. And (3)Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Biology Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree in Botany or Zoology or Life Science or Bio Science or Applied Botany or Applied Zoology from a recognised University. And (2) Must be a holder of Bachelor of Education ( B.Ed.) degree in Science methods from a recognised University. And (3) Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Computer Science Lecturer Post: (1) Must be a holder of minimum second class Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University in M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA or Master Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Science or BE in Computer Science or BE in Information Science And (2)Must have studied Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Degree in English medium only

Educational Qualification for Warden Post: (1)Must be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science from a recognized University. And (2) Must be holder of B.Ed. degree in Arts or Science subjects from a recognized University.

Educational Qualification for Second Division Assistant Cum Computer Operator Post: Must have passed Pre University Course Examination or equivalent examination recognized by Government of Karnataka. Must have Computer working knowledge with six months computer course certificate recognized by Government of Karnataka or by Society.

Educational Qualification for Art and Drawing Teacher Post: Must be a holder of degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) from recognised university.

Educational Qualification for Art and Drawing Teacher (for Diploma holders) Post: 1) Must have passed Diploma in Drawing and Painting examination or Art Master examination or Diploma in Painting/ Diploma in Commercial/ Applied Arts conducted by Board or Technical Examination, which are considered as equivalent qualification for Art and Drawing Teacher as per Government Order No. ED 27 SLV 2004 dated 21.03.20016 conducted by the Government of Karnataka.

For all the posts above, candidates must have studied Kannada as one of the languages either in Bachelor Degree or Pre University Course or SSLC or holder of Diploma in Kannada or passed Kannada Certificate Course (Kava/Jana/Rathna) conducted by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board/Kannada Sahitya Parishath, Bangalore.

Age Limit

Principal: 18-40 years

Lecturer: 18-40 years

Warden: 18-35 years

Second Division Assistant Cum Computer Operator: 18-35 years

Art and Drawing Teacher: 18-40 years
