Eligible graduates/ 10th / diploma pass candidates can now apply for APSRTC recruitment 2016. A total of 88 vacancies are available in various posts. Last date for submission of online application is 26 August 2016.
Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has announced of 88 vacancies for recruitment to the post for Traffic Supervisor, Constable, Junior Assistant, Medical, Accounts and Security Sub Inspector through advertisement number R3/684(08)/2016-R&T.
The APSRTC recruitment drive is for filling SC/ST backlog vacancies.
Candidates can submit the applications, online, within 26 August 2016 (1700 hours). Candidates interested to apply for more than one post, need to send separate applications along with separate fee (Rs 200) for each of the post.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks obtained in the basic qualification along with other assessment process. Selection procedure varies for each of the post. Details can be found from the link given below. Physical efficiency test will be conducted for Constable and SSI posts.

Candidates should note that the age will be reckoned as on 01 July 2016 for all the posts. Relaxations will be made available to the candidates as per the government norms. For departmental candidates APSRTC has different norms for age relaxation, which can be found from the link given below.

Selected candidates who do not know Telugu to read & write have to pass a test in Telugu Language within 2 (two) years of joining the Corporation.
