Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Engineer Post: Graduate Engineer(Electrical) from a recognised university with 02-03 years post qualification experience in marketing and sales of power and distribution transformers. The candidate must be able to effectively handle negotiations and technical discussions with the customers, consultants and different public utility concerns. Candidate must be sincere and hardworking.
Educational Qualification for Non-unionized Supervisor (Procurement) Post: Qualified diploma holder (Electrical) from a recognised university/institution with 04 (Four) years post qualification experience in procurement/materials function of a manufacturing organisation of repute. Candidates having post graduate degree/diploma in materials management from a recognized University/Institute will be given preference.
Educational Qualification for Non-unionized Supervisor (Personnel) Post: Graduate under 10+02+03 system from a recognised university with post graduate diploma in human resource/personnel management/industrial relations/ labour welfare of at least one-year duration.Must posses 04 (Four) years post qualification experience in personnel/human resource management function of a manufacturing organisation of repute.
Age Limit for Engineer: 30 years
Age Limit for Supervisor: 26 years
