Eligibility Criteria for Research Scientist & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Research Scientist II [Medical]: Candidate should possess MD with 1 year experience Or, MBBS with PG Diploma and 02 years’ experience.
• Scientist B [Medical]: MBBS with MD in PSM/MPH.
• Scientist B [Non-Med]: First Class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences: (Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Biotechnology / Virology).
• Project Technician III (Lab): 10+2 in Science subjects with Two Years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology [DMLT].
• Project Technician II (Lab): Matric and Five years’ experience in related field.
• Data Entry Operator – A: 10+2 with Science and Maths. A Speed test of 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.

Age Limit

• Research Scientist: Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.
• Scientist: Upper age limit for the post is 35 years.
• Project Technician III: Upper age limit for the post is 30 years.
• Project Technician II: Upper age limit for the post is 28 years.
• Data Entry Operator: Upper age limit for the post is 25 years.
