Eligibility Criteria for Advisor (HR) Post

Experience in handling Human Resources of the organization at a senior level, out of total experience of 25 years should be in banking sector.

Age Limit :

Not more than 63 Years

Selection Procedure for Advisor (HR) Post

Shortlisted candidates will be called for  Personal Interaction. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the application for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible applicants to be called for PI. The details regarding the time, date and address of the venue for the PI will be intimated to the short listed eligible applicant

Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and send the applications along with other necessary documents in a cover super scribed as “Application for engagement as Advisor (Human Resources) on contract basis - 2017” to "The Chief General Manager, Human Resources Department, IDBI Bank Ltd., IDBI Tower, 21st floor, WTC Complex, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai – 400 005" by ordinary post only on or before 16 October 2017.
