Eligibility Criteria for Stenographer Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Stenographer: candidate should have completed intermediate from a recognized board with diploma/certificate in Stenography and Computer Typing with knowledge of computer Basic and Word Processing.
Selection Process for Stenographer Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Examination and Skill Test
Examination Scheme:
Written Examination will be of 2 hours and 15 minutes duration, 04 marks will be awarded for each correct answer, and 01 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer and will consist of 150 questions from General Knowledge, General Science and Mathematics and Comprehension/Logic/Reasoning/Mental Ability.
Skill Test: candidates will be tested on typing, dictation, and Stenography. Candidates should be able to type 80 words per minute for 04 minutes. For dictation, candidates should be able to type the content dictated in 01-minute duration within 20 minutes.
