Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Limited (COMFED) invited applications for recruitment of 27 various posts on contractual assignment for Bihar Rural Livelihood Project Society (BRLPS) - Jeevika for a period of three years. (COMFED) was established in 1983 as the implementing agency of operational Flood programme of dairy development on “Anand” pattern in Bihar.

Age limit
- Candidate’s age should not more than 37 years for all posts.

Educational Qualification - Deputy Manager (Planning): Degree in Veterinary Science or dairy husbandry or Dairy technology or Agriculture with 7 years experience in the field of dairying, animal husbandry/rural extension.
- Assistant Manager (P & I): Degree in Veterinary Science or Dairy Husbandry or Dairy technology or Agriculture with 5 years experience in the field of dairying, animal husbandry/rural extension.
- Assistant Manager (Program Implementation): Degree in Veterinary Science or Dairy Husbandry or Dairy Technology or Agriculture with 5 years experience in the field of dairying, animal husbandry/rural extension.
- Milk Procurement Officer: Degree in Veterinary Science or Dairy Husbandry or Dairy Technology or Agriculture with 5 years experience in the field of dairying, animal husbandry/rural extension Or Degree in any discipline with 5 years experience in procurement or Technical Input supervisor Or Post Graduate in any discipline with 3 years experience in procurement or Technical Input Supervisor.
- Technical Officer (Monitoring): Degree in Statistics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Business Administration with 2 years relevant experience.
- Technical Officer (Input): B.Sc Agriculture with 55% marks and Post graduation in Animal Nutrition or Breeding or Medicine or Agronomy will be preferred with 2 years experience with Knowledge of computer essential.
- Procurement Assistant: Degree in any discipline with 2 years experience in organizing & supervising the Dairy Co-operative Societies.
Application Fees
Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- as application fees through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd.” payable at Patna.
Pay scale
- Rs.42,400/- per month consolidated for Deputy Manager (Planning).
- Rs.28,200/- per month consolidated for Assistant Manager (P & I) and Assistant Manager (Program Implementation).
- Rs.27,000/- per month consolidated for Milk Procurement Officer, Technical Officer (Monitoring) and Technical Officer (Input).
- Rs.14,800/- per month consolidated for Procurement Assistant.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
