The Board of Technical Education (BTE) Rajasthan is all set to conduct the Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test in the month of May, 2013.
RPET is a state level entrance examination for admission in to Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering courses in various Government aided and Private Unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan.
The RPET online registration will start from March 2013 and the entrance test will be conducted in May 2013.
The RPET-2013 exam consists of a single examination of three hours duration containing forty objective type questions in each of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
The total no. of questions will be a good one hundred and twenty carrying one mark each. There is no negative marking for wrong answer.
The questions in the test booklet will be in Hindi and English. In any case of difference in Hindi and the English versions of question, the questions in English version will be treated as valid.
In order to be eligible for the examination, the candidates should clear the 12th examination , Science discipline from the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
