Co-operative Academy of Professional Education invited application for recruitment to the post of Director, Principal, Professors and Assistant Professors Physical Education. The Co-operative Academy of Professional Education was formed to establish Educational Institutions in various professional fields to provide facilities for Education and Training. The CAPE is promoted by the Co-operation Department of the Government of Kerala and is an autonomous society under Government of Kerala.

Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years for regular appointment and not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment.
Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000+AGP of Rs. 10,000/- + special allowance of Rs. 3000/- And Rs.75000/- + 5000/- as accommodation allowance for contract appointment
Educational Qualification: 1st class in Masters Degree in appropriate discipline (MBA) and PhD in appropriate discipline (Management).
2. Name of the post: Principal
No. of post- 04
Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years for regular appointment and not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment.
Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000+AGP of Rs. 10,000/- + special allowance of Rs. 2000/- And Rs. 85,000/- for contract appointment
Educational Qualification: 1) BE/ B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant subject with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech 2) PhD in appropriate discipline 3) Post PhD publication and guiding PhD students is highly desirable
3. Name of the post: Professor

Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years for regular appointment and not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment.
Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000+AGP of Rs. 10,000/- And Rs. 75,000/- for contract appointment
Educational Qualification: 1) BE/ B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant subject with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech 2) Ph.D in appropriate discipline 3) Post Ph.D publication and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable
4. Name of the post: Assistant Professor

Age limit: Not exceeding 56 years for regular appointment and not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment.
Pay Scale: Consolidated pay Rs.20, 000/-
Educational Qualification:
1) Master Degree in Physical Education (two year course) or Master degree in Sports or an equivalent degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent and consistently good academic record
2) Record of having represented the University/College at the inter-university/inter-collegiate competitions or the State in national championships
3) Passed the physical fitness test
4) Should have cleared the NET conducted by the UGC
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs.500/-as DD in favour of the Director CAP.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on personal interview.
