CBSE Class XII Results 2014: Procedure for verification of marks

    The wait for class 12th examination results of CBSE is at last over, as the results for all the areas have been acknowledged today. Though, the modus operandi of verification of marks has been changed by CBSE & the verification procedure will commence on 30th May 2014 to 5th June 2014.

    Central Board of Secondary Education has reported that this year onwards there will be a modification in the method for verification of marks & the changes shall be exhibited curtly on the official website of CBSE. The applications for verification will be considered online only & no off - line applications shall be entertained; clued the Board.

    The past practice of concern for verification of marks at chosen schools in case of Regional Office Delhi & other Regional Offices has been done away with. The applications for the verification of marks will now be acknowledged online only, informed the Board official.

    The fee for application for online verification of marks will be Rs. 300 per subject. Moreover for 2014 exams, the application fee will be received only through E-challan/gateway. The candidates will have to submit the fee by visiting the recognized bank branch in case of E - challan.

    The result of verification of marks will be available on CBSE board website. The candidates whose result gets amended after verification of marks will be informed through letter also by the regional office concerned.
