Educational Qualification:
- Pharmacist: The candidates must have passed +2 Science examinations under Council of Higher Secondary Education.
- Jr. Laboratory Technician: The candidates must have passed +2 Science examinations under Council of Higher Secondary Education.
- Jr. Radiographer: The candidates must have passed +2 Science examinations under Council of Higher Secondary Education.
- Attendant: The candidate must be passed M.E (7th) examination or equivalent and can read, write and speak Odia.

21-32 years of age
