Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) notifies the important dates of CDS I and CDS II 2016.
Important Dates: CDS (I) 2016
•The online application form started from 7th November 2015 till 4th December 2015.
•The Link is unavailable as the filing of the form is closed now.
•The tentative date declares by UPSC for the result of written examination of CDS is 2 months after the written exam which means the examination is on February 14th, 2016 so we can expect till the month of May 2016.
Important Dates: CDS (II) 2016
•The online application form started from 16th July 2016.
•The Last date of filling the application is 12th August 2016.
•Date of Examination CDS (II) 23rd October 2016.
•The tentative date declares by UPSC for the result of written examination of CDS (II) is 2 months after the written exam.
CDS Exam 2016 Cut off
CDS exam Cut off 2016 is referred to the minimum qualifying marks to be scored essentially by the candidates for cracking the written examination of CDS. Candidates who shall qualify the cutoff will be eligible to appear in the Interview process that will be followed by the written examination.
SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (SSB)
CDS (1 & 2) 2016 result will be declared for both the stages separately. UPSC will first declare the result of written exam and thereafter the final result gets declared after completion of SSB interview Including intelligence & personality test round to be conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence located at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore. Candidates who have qualified in the written exam will be only called for SSB interview. The Result of CDS 1 and 2 2016 will be announced by the UPSC at its official website http://www.upsc.gov.in/.
Important Details about the CDS Exam Result
•Candidates can check their CDS Exam Result on the official website of UPSC.
•The result will be published in the form of pdf file displaying the Roll number of the successful candidates.
•Candidates need to search their roll number in the pdf file.
•No candidate will be intimated personally regarding the result announcement.
•All the candidates whose roll number is listed in the result file are selected provisionally as their candidature can be cancelled at any stage the recruitment process if found a violation of rules.
•At the SSB interview, they will have to submit their original certificates of age, educational qualification, and categorical reservation claim.
•Detailed marks would be made available on the UPSC’s website within 15 days of the announcement of the final results after the conduct of the SSB Interviews.

•Go to the browser and open the link for the official website of UPSC i.e. http://www.upsc.gov.in/.
•Now you need to browse the link of examination.
•One you find the link of examination, you need to click that particular link.
•In this page, you’ll find two links specified for “written result” and “final result”.
•In case you are looking for CDS written exam result then you need to click its dedicated link and the process is similar for final result as well.
