Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service (Main) Examination 2016-II result has been declared by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC). Total 09 candidates have been selected on the basis of the examination conducted by the commission, on the basis of HPJC (Main) Examination 2016-II held from 22 September 2016 to 26 September 2016.

The Commission had received total 3631 applications against the advertisement number 09/2016 dated 15 June 2016, on the basis of screening of applications 2528 candidates were provisionally admitted. Out of provisionally selected candidates, 1374 candidates appeared in the (Preliminary) Examination.

148 candidates were declared qualified for the Main Written Examination, on the basis of merit in the preliminary examination. Out of which 144 candidates appeared in the H.P. Judicial Service (Main) Written Examination-2016-II. On the basis of performance in the Preliminary and Mains, in total 09 candidates are declared qualified and are entitled to appear for the viva-voce. The date of interview/Viva Voice is scheduled to be conducted on 26 November 2016.
