Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidate should have MBBS degree from a recognized university and has valid registration with Medical Council of India.
Age limit
- Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 31 March 2014.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Application Fee
General/ OBC Category Candidates & also SC/ST Category Candidates of other than Chhattisgarh State have to pay Rs.1000/- (Rs.700/- for SC/ST Category Candidates of Chhattisgarh State) as application fee in form of non-refundable D.D./Banker’s cheque in favour of “Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur” payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of 90% aggregate percentage of marks obtained in MBBS examination and 10% marks of interview.

- Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format as given in notification.
- Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents, should be submitted by registered post or speed post only to the Dy. General Manager (HR)-II, CSPHCL, Dangania, Raipur PIN – 492 013 on or before 30 June 2014.
- Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
