Eligibility Criteria for Town Planner, Architect and Other Job

Educational Qualification:

• Urban Designer: Registered Architect with Master’s Degree in Urban Design with a minimum of 10 years work experience in Master Planning/Community Planning works. Preference will be given to candidates conversant with Urban Design elements of George Town/with experience in similar Government projects.
• Senior Architect: Registered Architect with Master’s Degree in Town Planning with a minimum of 10 years experience in similar projects. Preference will be given to candidates conversant with formulation of Form Based Codes.
• Town Planner: Master’s Degree in Town Planning with GIS knowledge and a minimum of 3 years experience in similar projects.
• Architect: Registered Architect with at least 2 years experience in any Urban Design studio.
