Coal India Limited Notified Recruitment for 339 Management Trainee Vacancies 2014

    Coal India Limited (CIL) invites recruitment applications to fill vacancies of Management Trainees for CIL and for its subsidiary companies in different Disciplines such as Environment, Finance & Accounts, Personnel, Sales & Marketing, Community Development and Materials Management.

    Important Dates:

    • Last Date to Submit Online Application: 14 April 2014, till 11:59 p.m.
    • Last date to receive the printed copy of online Application form and enclosures: 28 April 2014
    • Tentative Date OF Written Test: 8 June 2014

    Details of Post and Eligibility Criteria

    Name of Post: Management Trainees

    1. Management Trainee (Environment)

    • Vacancies: 72 posts

    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay of Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed degree in Environmental Engineering or any engineering degree with PG Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks from a recognized University.

    2. Management Trainee (Sales and Marketing)

    • Vacancies: 31 posts

    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed a recognized degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.

    3. Management Trainee (Personnel)

    • Vacancies: 26 posts
    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should have completed graduation with at least two year full time post graduate degree/diploma in Management with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 per cent marks.

    4. Management Trainee (Finance)

    • Vacancies: 73 posts
    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years. Candidate should be qualified as CA or ICWA

    5. Management Trainee (Community Development)

    • Vacancies: 120 posts
    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.Candidate should have completed minimum two years full time post graduate degree/diploma from a recognized University/Institute specializing in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/Development Management/Rural Management.

    6. Management Trainee (Materials Management)

    • Vacancies: 17 Posts

    • Salary: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.20,600-46,500 during training, after successful completion of training grade will be E3 in the scale of pay pf Rs.24,900-50,500
    • Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 30 years.Candidate should have completed Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60 per cent marks.

    Mode of Selection: The candidates will be selected based on the performance in National level written test of 3 hours duration, performance followed by personal interview.

    Application fees
    General/OBC: Rs 500/-
    SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from paying application fees

    How to Apply
    Candidates will have to register themselves online on CIL website, fill online application form followed by submitting the Bank Challan with application fees at any branch of SBI.

    After duly filling in the online application form, the applicant has to print out online application and send it with the required attachments to the CIL through speed post on the below mentioned address:
