CUSAT CAT-2015 counselling will be conducted by the Cochin University of Science & Technology for the admission to its various undergraduate courses. The counselling will completely be based on the score obtained by a candidate in CUSAT CAT-2015. In the counselling process, the applicants must have to score more than the cutoff marks and the counselling will be conducted according to the ranks. During counselling, candidates need to put down their priorities in terms of the courses and colleges. Further the allotment of seat will be made to the applicants based on their choices in the counselling.
The applicants with higher and better marks will be given priority and the seat allotment in the applicable college and courses will be made to the applicants. The applicants must be present at the venue for the counseling process and are required to carry all the necessary documents for the counseling. Documents required for CUSAT CAT-2015 counselling:
- Class Xth and XIIth documents
- Date of Birth Certificate
- CUSAT 2014 Admit Card
- CUSAT 2014 Counseling Call Letter
- CUSAT 2014 result printed form
- Category certificate (If applicable)
- Income certificate (In case of tuition fee waivers) etc
The applicants must carry all the documents in the original and in the photocopy form. Any applicant without the documents will not be allowed to attend the counseling process. The eligible applicants will be allotted seats based on the availability of seats and the scores and ranks obtained by the applicants in the exam. The allotment of seats will be confirmed only after payment of application fee.
