Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) invited applications for the post of Vice Chancellor Other Posts. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 30 May 2016.
Under CUTM Recruitment 2016, the posts are allotted to Vice Chancellor, Faculty, Dean and Executive Dean.
Eligibility for Vice Chancellor- The Vice-Chancellor is expected to be a visionary with proven academic and administrative leadership capabilities; outstanding academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Professor in a University system or in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or industrial organization and not more than 55 years of age as on 1st July 2016.Candidates with international and industry experience will be preferred
Eligibility for Assistant Professor- Candidate must be having first class degree in M.E / M.Tech. in the relevant branch/stream with two years of teaching/industry workshop experience.
Eligibility for Associate Professor- First class degree in M.Sc. /M.Phil. with relevant subjects. Candidates with Ph.D degree are preferred For Optometry, MS/MD in Ophthalmology. Retired persons can also apply.
Eligibility for Professor- Ph.D. with first class Master’s degree in relevant branch/stream with at least 10 years of experience in Teaching / Research at UG / PG level. OR Retired persons with Ph.D. (Engineering) and having Experience in Industry / Research Organizations are also eligible.
Eligibility for Dean, School of Management- Ph.D in the area of management with fist class master degree in Business Administration /equivalent stream with atleast 10 years of teaching/academic administration, research/training/consulting or 15 years of industry experience.
Eligibility for Dean, Action Learning and Skill Integration- First class master degree in Engineering with 10 -15 years of Industry shop floor experience. Person having experience in handling new manufacturing technology will be preferred.
Eligibility for Dean, School of Vocation Education and Training-First class master degree in Engineering with 10 years of teaching and academic administration or 15 years of industry shop floor experience.
Eligibility for Executive Dean, School of Mines-First class master degree in Mining Engineering or Geology with 10 years of teaching and academic administration or 15 years of industry experience.
