Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) invited application for recruitment to the post of Registrar, Scientific Officer, Superintendent and Assistant. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 20 March 2014

Educational Qualification

• Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in UGC seven-point scale with minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale)
• Scientific Officer: Bachelor degree in science OR 03 yrs full time diploma in required discipline with minimum 1st class or its equivalent grade duly recognized by board of technical examination and minimum of 5 years experience
• Superintendent: Bachelor degree with at least 2nd division or equivalent grade 4 Years experience of administration /Accounts/Secretarial work.
• Assistant: Bachelor Degree with a minimum 2nd division or equivalent grade, speed of 8000 key depressions per hour

Application Fee

An application fee of Rs 300/- for General/OBC candidates is payable separately for each post which should be submitted in the form of crossed DD drawn in favour of Vice Chancellor, D.I.A.T.(DU), PUNE”, payable at State Bank of India, Girinagar Branch (Code 02155), PUNE-411025. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates/PH Candidates/Women Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Completely filled Applications are required to be submitted on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from DIAT (DU) Website www.diat.ac.in. Application Form, recent passport size photograph, application fee, copy of educational qualifications certificate(s) and Caste Certificate(s) and other testimonials in support of experience etc. should be sent in envelope super-scribed “Application for the post of Assistant against Advt.
