This is the first cut off list for admission to various courses of Delhi College of Arts & Commerce of Delhi University for the year 2011-2012.

Students satisfying minimum cut off marks can take admission on June 16, 17, 18 and 20

Note: For OBC Candidates a relaxation of 10% (In aggregate) would be given on the above criteria.

1. CAT-A:  Best of four subjects would be one language plus three elective subjects Except, Engineering drawing, Home Science, Fine arts, Agriculture, Physical Education, Music, Dance, Entrepreneurship, Biotechnology, web & multimedia technology, Fashion studies.

2. CAT-B:  Best of four subjects would be one language plus any three other subjects as mentioned in the information Bulletin of University of Delhi 2011 - 12

3. Student seeking admission must have passed English at 10th & 12th class.

4. After selection of the candidate He /She is required to deposit the fees from 16th June 2011 to 20th June 2011 between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. otherwise the right of admission shall be forfeited.

5. Selected Candidates must bring their original certificates along with their photocopies and four photographs.


B.Com. (Prog.) Frist admission list 2011-12

For General Category:

Category A: Secured 93% marks or above in the aggregate of the best four subjects including one language English/Hindi and three subjects out of Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies, Maths, Commerce based subjects as a Sepcified in Bulletin of information of University of Delhi, (Out of Commerce based Subjects only one will be considered.

Category B: Secured 95% marks or above in the aggregate of the best four subjects, for student who have passed +2 level (12th Exam) From Science and Humanities Stream.

For OBC Category: For OBC Candidates a relaxation upto 7% would be given on the above Criteria.

Note: (i) Student Seeking admission must have passed English at 10th and 12th class and math in 10th class.

(ii) After selection of the candidates He/She is required to deposit the fees immediately by 20th June upto 1:00 p.m. In case of failure to do so, right of admission will be forfieted.

B.Com. (Hons.) First admission list 2011 -12

For General Category:

Category A: Secured 94% marks or above in the aggregate of the best four subjects including one language English/Hindi and three subjects out of Maths, Economics, Accountancy, Business Studies.

Category B: Secured 96% marks or above in the aggregate of the best four subjects including one language English/Hindi and three subjects out of Business Studies Economics, Accountancy and Commerce based subjects as a Sepcified in Bulletin of information of University of Delhi (Out of commerce based subjects only one will be considered.

Category C: Secured 97% marks or above in the aggregate of the best four subjetcs, for student who have passed +2 level (12th Exam) from Science and humanities stream (with maths)

Important: No admission to B.Com. (Hons.) if any candidates has not passed maths at +2 level.

For OBC Category:

For OBC Candidates a relaxation upto 7% would be given on the above criteria.

Note: (i) Students seeking admission must have passed English at 10th and 12th class and maths at 12th Class.

(ii) After selection of the candidates He/She is required to deposit the fees immediately by 20th June upto 1:00 p.m. In case of failure to do so, right of admission will be forfieted.

B.A.(Hons.) Economics First admission list 2011 -12

For General Category:

Category A: 93% Marks for science and arts with 65% in maths.

Category B: 95% Marks for Commerce students with 65% in maths.

For OBC Category:

For OBC Candidates a relaxation upto 10% would be given on the above criteria.

Note: (i) Students Seeking admission must have passed English at 10th and 12th Class.

(ii) After selection of the candidates He/She is required to deposit the fees immediately by 20th June upto 1:00 p.m. In case of failure to do so, right of admission will be forfieted.

B.A.(H) Political Science First admission list 2011 -12

For General Category

Category 1: 80% aggregate in Humanities, with atleast 70% in political science.

Category 2: 85% aggregate for Science students.

Category 3: 90% aggregate for Commerce students.

Please not that: 

(1) For OBC Candidates, a relaxation of upto 10% (in aggregate) would be given on the above criteria.

(2) For Calculating the aggregate, the marks of best four subjects (It must included one language paper) would be given taken into account. The admission committe will follow the guideline one, vocational paper may be included for calculating, wherever required.

(3) For admissions, the candidates of category 1, 2 and 3 may be preferred.

(4) It is desirable for the candidates to have passed English at 10th and 12th level. The Medium of instruction is English.

(5) Admission would be Subjects to satisfaction of other Eligibility criteria, Such as depositing the fees By 20th From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. , Submitting the original certificate and other documents as required by the office.

B.A. (Hons.) History First admission list 2011 -12

For General Category:

Category A: Humanities with History 75% Marks and above in best four subjects with atleast 65% marks in History.

Category B: Humanities without History 78% Marks and above in best four subjects.

Category C: Commerce and Science 80% and above in best four Subjects.

For OBC Category:

For OBC Candidates a relaxation of 10% would be given on the above criteria.

Note: 

1.  Student seeking admission must have passed English at 10th and 12th class.

2. After selection of the candidates He/She is required to deposit the fees immediately by 20th June upto 1:00 p.m. In case of failure to do so, right of admission will be forfieted.
