DHS Admit Card 2019: Director of Health Services, Assam is to release the admit card for written exam Grade 4 Posts for Peon, Chowkidar, Ward Boy, Ward Girl & Dark Room Attendant. The admit card will be available today evening i.e. on 23 September 2019. Candidates who have applied for the post, can download their admit card from DHS official website www.dhs.assam.gov.in.
DHS Grade 4 Phase 1 exam is scheduled to be on 29 September 2019 at 20 district of Assam. The exam will be OMR Based of 100 marks and the duration of the exam shall be 2 hours.
Candidates can check all the details of the DHS Grade 4 Exam such as venue, time etc. on DHS Grade 4 Admit Card 2019.
Candidates who will qualify in DHS Grade 4 Phase 1 written exam shall be called for Phase 2 written test. DEE Grade 4 Phase 2 exam will be conducted at Guwahati only. Candidates will be shortlisted at the ratio of 1:4 in relation to the number of vacant post i.e. 453.
