Eligibility Criteria for Section Officer and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Section Officer/ Senior Assistant: Possess Degree in the appropriate discipline.
• Steno Typist/ Computer Operator: Possess B. Sc. Degree or BCA Degree with the typing speed @40 w.p.m. in English and @30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
• Graphic Artist: Possess Diploma in the respective discipline.
• Technical Assistant: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass and Diploma (03 years) in Electronics.
• Professional Assistant (Library): Possess Graduate Degree in any discipline and B. Lib Degree.
• Personal Assistant: Possess Graduate Degree with Shorthand speed @100 w.p.m. and Typing speed @45 w.p.m.
• Senior Technical Assistant: Possess BE/ B. Tech Degree in the appropriate discipline.
• Technical Assistant: Possess Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Technology/ Electronics Engineering.

Age Limit

• Section Officer/ Graphic Artist/ Technical Asst./ Professional Asst. (Library) / Personal Assistant: Not exceeding 40 years.
• Senior Assistant/ Steno Typist/ Computer Operator/ Technical Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years.
• Senior Technical Assistant: Not exceeding 35 years.

Experience required for Section Officer and Other Jobs

• Section Officer: 08 years.
• Senior Assistant/ Professional Asst. (Library)/ Personal Assistant/ Technical Assistant: 05 years
• Graphic Artist: 03 years.
• Steno Typist/ Computer Operator/ Senior Assistant: 02 years.
• Technical Asst.: 01 year.

Gen/ OBC & Others: Rs. 500/- through the Online Mode.

SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
