Do’s

  • Make sure you carry all important documents with you to the examination hall viz, the call letter, the original payment receipt, bio-data form, and photo identity proof in original as well as a photocopy. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without any of these documents.
  • In case of confusion regarding filling up the details on the answer sheet, ask the test administrators and the invigilators. Follow the instructions given by them carefully at all stages of the examination.
  • Make sure to carry an HB Pencil and ball point pen along with other stationery for filling up the information on the answer sheet given in the examination hall.
  • While answering the questions, try attempting those questions first of which you are very sure of as it will boost your confidence and will save your time. Choose your questions carefully as there is negative marking for wrong answers.
  • Stay calm while attempting the paper and give your best shot. Try to relax without compromising on speed and avoid tension creeping in your mind.
  • Do all the rough work on the space provided on the question booklet and not on the aswer sheet.

Don’ts

  • Even if you have finished your paper well before time, do not leave your seat unless you are allowed to do so.
  • Do not fold, wrinkle, or roll your answer sheet as it might not be valued by the machine. Handle your answer sheet with extreme care.
  • Do not carry books, notes, calculator, mobile phones, or slide rules inside the examination hall as arrangement for safe keeping cannot be assured. Use of any of these instruments might lead to disqualification.
  • Do not copy or involve in unfair practice in the examination as it may lead to disqualification from selection process at any stage. The candidate might also be debarred permanently/ for specific period from any examination or selection by Central Recruitment & Promotion Department.
  • Do not forget to provide all information asked on the answer sheet and question booklet as it might refrain the panel from assessing your answer sheet.
