Educational Qualification
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - M.Sc. in Physics preferably specialization in Solid State Physics or Materials Science with a minimum of 55% marks. Desirable: NET or GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.
Age Limits (as on 01 January 2019)
Junior Research Fellow – Maximum 28 years
Note: Age Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the Government Norms.
