Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Marathi.
Must Qualification: Knowledge of Konkani [In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with the knowledge of Konkani, for the posts in professional colleges, Consultants in Directorate of Health Services and highly technical / scientific posts, this requirement can be relaxed.]
Age Limit: Not exceeding 42 years.
[The upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.]
Application Fees
Candidates are required pay Rs. 200 (General / UR) / Rs.100 (SC / ST / EX-SM / OBC / PWD candidates) as application fee through Indian Postal Orde (IPO) or crossed Demand Draft payable to “GOA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”.

Candidates can obtain application form from Casa J.D. Fernandes Stationery Supplier, Printers & Book Binders, Opposite Municipal Garden, Panaji by paying Rs. 20 per set. Application can also be downloaded from GPSC website http://goapsc.gov.in.
Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Interview.
If the number of applications received is large, Commission will short-list candidates to be called for interview.
The Commission will draw a panel of candidates, which will remain valid for a period of one year.
How to Apply
Candidates should send their application in the prescribed format, along with Fee DD / IPO and copies of all relevant certificates to ‘The Office of Commission, Goa Public Service Commission, EDC House, ‘C’ Block, 1st floor, Dr. Dada Vaidya Road, Panaji, Goa, 403001’ through Speed/Registered Post or by hand so as to reach there on or before 03 January 2013.
On the envelope containing the application, candidates should write the name of the post applied for, Advt no., year, serial no and the source of Advt.
