Haryana Staff Selection Commission Recruitment for Various Posts 2012

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (earlier Subordinate Services Selection Board) is constituted as per the provision of Article 309 of constitution of India. It invites application from eligible candidates for recruitments to the posts mentioned below.

Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in offices of Haryana Government 2012

Educational Qualification

• Auditors: Degree of recognized University or its equivalent
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Three years diploma course in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute. The candidate should have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric.
• Assistant Public Relations Officer
• a) Graduate from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• b) Diploma in journalism from a recognized University/ Institute or its equivalent. OR One year course from Indian Institute of Mass Communications.
• c) One year experience in a Publicity Organization of a Union or State Government in a post of comparable responsibility OR One year experience as: i) a whole-time correspondent in a daily newspaper with a circulation of not less than 10,000 duly certified by Audit Bureau of Circulation. OR ii) an Editor or a Sub-Editor or a Weekly newspaper with a circulation of not less than 5,000 duly certified by Audit Bureau of Circulation. OR iii) a whole-time correspondent in a news agency. No honorary or part time experience shall be counted.

Other Requirement: Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Age Limit: Minimum 17 years, Maximum 40 years

Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800; Grade pay of Rs 3200 (Auditors), Rs 3600 (Junior Engineer Mechanical), and Rs 4000 (Assistant Public Relation Officer)

Application Fee: Application fee for General category candidates is Rs 150 and fee for SC/ BC/  PHC category candidate is Rs 35. The fee should be deposited in the Haryana Govt. Treasury under the head ‘0051 - H.P.S.C.-(103)-Staff Selection Commission, Haryana- Application fee and other receipts'.

Note: The ESM candidates are exempted from payment of Fee, but their dependents are required to pay the fee as for General, SC or BC candidates as case may be.

Candidates from outside will be treated as General and should send fee by Indian Postal Order which should be in the favour of ‘Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission' payable at Panchkula.
