Eligibility Criteria for recruitment in High Court of Punjab & Haryana          

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification

• Candidate should have a minimum speed of 120 wpm in English Shorthand and transcribe the same on the computer at the speed of 24 wpm
• He must have proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets)

Age Limit (as on 2 August 2012): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years

Pay Scale: Rs 10300-34800 + Rs 4800 (with initial start of Rs 18250 plus usual allowances as admissible from time to time).

Selection Procedure for recruitment in High Court of Punjab & Haryana: Candidates will be selected on the basis of competitive examination.
