HPPSC Recruitment for 490 Asst Professor Posts: Last Date Extended, Number of vacancies increased

HPPSC has increased the number of vacancies for Assistant Professor posts. The Commission has also increased the number of vacancies to 504. The last date for submission of application has also been extended to 11 July 2016.

Applications are sought from candidates with A good academic record with atleast 55% marks or an equivalent of 55%, wherever the grading system is followed in the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from foreign University recognized by the Government of India. For the Assistant Professor in Fine Arts also i.e. Commercial Arts, Drawing and Painting and Sculpture, Master’s Degree in Fine Arts having good academic record with 55% marks or equivalent of 55% wherever grading system is followed. Candidates in the age group of 45 years are eligible to apply for the vacancies.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview/ exam.
