Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification: Qualification must be from the recognized Board or University or Institution with the relevant post-qualification experience in the concerned field.

• For 1 to 5, 8 & 9: Possess Graduation Degree in appropriate discipline with relevant experience.
• For 6: Possess CA/ICWA with relevant experience.
• For 7 & 10 : Possess MBA in the appropriate discipline.

• Manager: 36 years

Pay Scale

• Chief General Manager (E7):  Rs.43,200/- to Rs. 66,000/-.
• General Manager (E6):  Rs.36,600/- to Rs. 62,000/-.
• Dy. General Manager (E5):  Rs. 32,900/- to Rs. 58,000/-.
• Senior Manager (E4):  Rs. 29,100/- to Rs. 54,500/-.
• Manager (E3):  Rs. 24,900/- to Rs. 50,500/-.
• Dy. Manager (E2):  Rs. 20,600/- to Rs. 46,500/-.
• Assistant Manager (E1):  Rs. 16,400/- to Rs. 40,500/-.
• Executive (E-0):  Rs. 12,600/- to Rs. 32,500/-.
• Executive Asst. Engineer/ Sr. Executive Asst. (S4): Rs. 11,975/- to Rs. 27,500/-.
