HSSPP Invited Online Applications for Recruitment to 236 Posts of MIS Coordinators & Accountant

    Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad (HSSPP), registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860, issued notification for recruitment of 236 MIS Coordinators (76 posts) and Accountants (160 posts) on contract basis. Interested candidates can apply online till 14 March 2013.

    [Age will be reckoned as on 14 March 2013. Age relaxation will be extended as per the instructions of Haryana Government.]

    Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test and Interview.

    Candidate, selected for written test, can download their Admit Cards from the website. In case, a candidate is unable to access the admit card, he/ she must contact C-DAC Mohali personally or on helpline numbers one day before the examination (upto 5.00 PM).

    Candidates without admit card/ Registration slip will not be allowed to appear in the written examination.

    The written examination will be conducted for those candidates only whose Application fee is confirmed. The Question Paper will have 100 multiple choice objective type questions of one mark each. The written examination will be of 60 minutes duration.

    There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING.

    A Merit list will be prepared, based on performance of candidates in the written test. It will be available on the website

    Venue, date and time of counselling will be also available on the website. Candidates will have to submit original documents / certificates along with Bank receipt, as proof of depositing the application fee, for verification at the time of counseling.

    Selected candidates will be appointed on contractual basis, , initially for a period of 1 year which can be reviewed during the contractual period on the basis of work, conduct and performance for further extension/renewal.

    No TA, DA will be paid for the journeys performed for the written test/ counselling.

    Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 500 (for General Category candidates) / Rs. 250 (for Scheduled Caste category candidates of Haryana State) has to be deposited in Axis Bank in the account number mentioned in the deposit slip / fee payment challan.

    Fee payment challan / Deposit slip will be generated automatically by the System, on submission of online application form, along with an acknowledgement slip containing required details (allotted online Registration Number and Password).

    In case a candidate fails to deposit the fees, his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected.

    The list of candidates whose fee is confirmed will be available from 17 March 2013.

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply online through the web-site till 14 March 2013.

    On successful submission of online application, an application number will be generated by the system. Candidates are required to take print out of the online submitted application form with the system generated application number on it, complete the formalities and get it attested from a notary or a Gazette officer.

    Candidates will be required to bring this Registration slip (printout with necessary certification) at the time of written test, interview / verification and also counselling, if called for, as this allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip. 

    Besides, system will also generate a Registration Number and Password. Candidates should retain this Registration Number and Password for future reference. Candidates can edit any information / data filled in the online application form with the help of this Registration Number and Password till 14 March 2013 (5:00 PM).
