Union Public Service Commission had changed the Pattern of IAS Preliminary Exam in the year 2011. The IAS Preliminary 2014 will also be conducted on the same pattern comprising the General Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II (CSAT).
The candidates must practice the previous year question papers so that they can feel the real standard of the paper. The UPSC always design the paper for all. It is not always hard or easy for all. UPSC always balance the Question Paper in all its aspect.
But each year the question from any of the one section is more than the others may it be Economy, Geography or any other section. The candidate can do this analysis or can buy our eBook specifically dealing with this issue.
The candidates must see the previous year question paper and their solution to develop the approach towards the question papers. This exercise is needed for both the papers of IAS Prelims.
