UPSC IAS Topper Rank 3 Jasmeet Singh Sandhu achieved this milestone in his fourth attempt. He is an engineer from IIT Roorkee and is serving presently an IRS Officer and if posted as Assistant Commissioner.
Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, Rank 3 of UPSC 2015 Exam, is the consistent performer in the Civil Services Exam. He was selected in Indian Revenue Services in his previous two attempts and also prior to it he was selected in the Punjab Public Service Commission.
He is very down to earth person having no tantrums and also seems very helpful and open to the new IAS aspirants. He also taught the IAS aspirants in Delhi for some time and has detailed knowledge of each and every aspect of the IAS Preparation.
