IAS Topper Vishal Sah has got Rank 63 in the Civil Services Exam 2018 conducted by The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The UPSC conducts the IAS Exam (as it is popularly called) every year and around five lakh aspirants compete to clear the IAS Prelims Exam.
