IBPS might not conduct any interview after this year’s Mains written examination

Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) might change its recruitment procedure and omit personal interview round for the clerical post from this year onwards. This decision of IBPS will be applicable to the huge number of applicants who are presently preparing for the clerical examinations, which is scheduled to take place this year.

According to few media reports and closed sources it has been heard that the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is planning to scrap its personal interview round from the recruitment process this year onwards. There is a strong possibility that in place of the personal interview round, psychometric test will be included. This new test will be helpful in checking the psychological aspects of the examinees.

The IBPS is all set to release the scorecard and mains exam results of IBPS Clerk V examination that was conducted in the year 2015. They are waiting for the final nod and clarification from the concerned authorities.
