The written examination would be of 200 marks for all the posts and would provide 120 minutes to the candidates. The other papers would be Reasoning, English Language and Professional Knowledge test that would remain same for all of the posts carrying same amount of marks. The candidates would get the questions in English and Hindi language and answer according to their choice. The wrong evaluation of the questions would account to negative marking.
Upon successfully scoring the cut off marks in the written tests the candidates would be called for personal interview by the participatory organizations through IBPS. The marks allotted for the interview would be 100 and the minimum qualifying marks for interview is set to be 40% (35% for SC/ST/PWD candidates). The weight age of CWE and interview would be 80:20 and those who would successfully clear both the tests would have to undergo a medical test for final selection.
A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment process, details of which will be available subsequently on IBPS website
All the documents of the candidates would get checked during the interview process and upon successfully passing the medical test the candidates would be provided their provisional allotment to various nationalized banks according to their demands.
