ICAR- Indian Institute of Pulses Research (IIPR) invited applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow and Other Posts. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format and walk in interview on 06 April- 12 April 2017.
Junior Research Fellow (Transcriptome dynamics in host-viruses interaction to identify multivirus resistant genotypes in mungbean): The candidates must possess Masters Degree [M.Sc. (Ag)/ M.Sc. / M.Tech] in Plant Pathology/Biotechnology/Plant Protection/Microbiology with the condition that: Bachelor’s degree should be of 4/5 years OR candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder.
Junior Research Fellow ( Nematophagous Bacteria Identification and profiling of host specificity of Pasteuria penetrans infecting Meloidogyne spp. In pulses.): The candidates must possess M Sc (Ag)-Nematology OR M Sc- Plant Pathology/ Zoology/ Plant/Crop Protection/Microbiology with specialization in Nematology OR M Sc Biotechnology with working experience in Nematology any above qualification with the condition that Bachelor’s degree should be of 4/5 years OR candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder.
Field Helper (Establishment of International Mungbean Improvement Network) (IMIN): The candidates must possess Intermediate in Science subjects. The candidate must be registered in employment exchange on or before the date of advertisement.
Skilled Helper (Creation of seed hubs for increasing indigenous production of pulses in India): The candidates must possess Intermediate from recognized board. The candidate should be registered in employment exchange on or before the date advertisement.
Junior Research Fellow ( Identification of potential Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria’s (PGPRs) against Fusarium wilt and dry root rot for enhancing chickpea productivity): The candidates must possess M Sc (Ag) in Microbiology/Plant Pathology/ Plant Protection OR M Sc/M Tech in Botany/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology with specialisation in Microbiology/Bacteriology/Plant Pathology any above qualification with the condition that: Bachelor’s degree should be of 4/5 years OR candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder
Junior Research Fellow (Virulence profiling of Ascochyta rabiei and deciphering molecular interactions with chickpeas): The candidates must possess M Sc (Ag) in Plant Pathology/ Agril Biotechnology/ Agril Microbiology OR M Sc(Ag) in Life Science with experience in handling plant infecting fungi and bacteria and also in molecular techniques any above qualification with the condition that: Bachelor degree should be of 4/5 years OR candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder
Senior Research Fellow (Establishment of International Mungbean Improvement Network (IMIN): The candidates must possess Masters degree in Plant Breeding/Botany/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/seed technology with the condition that: Bachelor’s degree should be of 4/5 years OR candidate should be NET qualified or Ph.D degree holder.
